If you have a technical problem with your product, please email us via our Tech Support Form so we can work to resolve any concern or issue. Please include details about which of our products you're using and any devices you are trying to charge. Voltaic Systems will refund items returned within 30 days in new condition (see Return and Exchanges Procedure below).
Should you wish to make a return or exchange your product please refer to the following procedure:
1. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with the item you would like to return/exchange and your order number and we will send you an RMA Number and the return address
2. Ship the original product to us with the RMA number. You may ship the item to us on your shipping account or, for shipments in the United States, we can create a return label for a flat return fee of $8 (cost will be deducted from the total refund).
3. We'll inspect the returned item within 5 days of receipt and issue the refund or ship the exchange as necessary. Refund payments are typically credited to your card or other payment method such as PayPal within 2-3 business days.
